Pilot Error May Have Been the Cause of TU-154 Plane Crash in Western Russia.
April 10, 2010 (Hamsayeh.Net) - A major air crash this morning killed Polish President Lech Kaczynski along with 94 others – mostly Polish officials – in western parts of Russia.
The Polish government delegation was heading to the Russian city of Smolensk to participate in the 70th anniversary a post World War II atrocity against the poles. A total of 96 people killed during the crash due to heavy fog at the time of landing of TU-154 plane.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev conveyed his condolences to Poland. According to expert at the site of the crash, human error may have caused the accident.
