The roadmap details a process through which Turkey will completely cut its ties with Israel in several stages: Abdullah Gul. June 18, 2010 (Hamsayeh.Net) - Turkish government is ready to review all ties with Israel after the flotilla massacre that left at least 10 Turkish citizens dead on May 31. Turkey has already cancelled all defense ties with Tel-Aviv since the latter failed to accept an international investigation of its crime and also failure to issue an official apology to Ankara. Increasing boldness by the Zionist regime is causing a widespread abhorrence of Israel in the eyes of Turkish people who had tried over the years ease tensions in the region. But due to Israel open aggressions against Turkey, many believe that Ankara would irreversibly turn against Israel and cut all diplomatic relations. Israeli government officials rejected an international investigation on the flotilla massacre and continue to refuse answer questions about that incident. Turkey is now deciding to cancel 16 military contracts with Israel, including a $757 million armament modernization program and a $1.5 billion missile project. ‘The roadmap details a process through which Turkey will completely cut its ties with Israel in several stages,’ said Turkish popular President Abdullah Gul to local Turkish newspaper Today’s Zaman on Thursday.
