Hillary Clinton is a Blond Condoleezza Rice: Chavez | |||

She (Clinton) comes to Brazil to provoke us, to try and divide us from our brothers.
March 06, 2010 (Hamsayeh.Net) - Venezuelan President criticized US Secretary of State’s visit to Latin America saying she regularly travels to the region in order to divide and conquer. Hugo Chavez said there is no difference between the new Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and her predecessor Condoleezza Rice.
According to Chavez the only difference is that Ms. Clinton was blond. ‘To me, she's like Condoleezza Rice ... a blond Condoleezza,’ said the Venezuelan President. Clinton who is visiting Latin America plans on gathering supports for sanctions against Iran. In Brasilia, Brazilian officials rebuffed her but she didn’t give up and continued her trip to Chile where she received a similar response.
Following these two incidents Clinton suddenly changed the purpose of her trip to Latin America. She said the reason for her visit was to blunt the criticism of the United States by leftist leaders in Latin America. Hugo Chavez said, Clinton was as aggressive as Condoleezza Rice before her. ‘She comes to Brazil to provoke us, to try and divide us from our brothers,’ said Chavez.
Ms. Clinton’s failures in Latin America point to the fact that the United States’ unhindered reign in this region has come to an end. Washington is no longer respected or liked as it used to in Latin America. Likewise, so many of US’ allies in Europe, previously supportive of Washington, are tittering on the verge of bankruptcy including Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy and many other European states.
