Tehran, September 12, 09 (Hamsayeh.Net) - Iran's new package of proposal has been met with optimism by leading countries particularly by Russia. All other members of the group of 5+1 countries look forward for future unconditional negotiations on the overall status of world's nuclear issues.

 

Despite an initial public rejection of Iran's diplomatic overtures by the US State Department, the United States now says that its is ready to join the other progressive countries by agreeing to join in the talks without bringing up its usual pre-conditions including Iran's abandonment of peaceful nuclear technologies.

 

Many leading experts view this turn of policy in the White House as a retreat against the will of the international community. The White House has long been advocating inflexible approaches with respect to Iran's peaceful nuclear program.

 

The US in the past sought to impose additional UN sanctions on Iran for failing to meet what itself terms as Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons technology. On the hand the Russian and Chinese positions have been focused on more negotiations with Iran. Russia is currently completing Bushehr 1000 MW nuclear power generator and China enjoys extensive trades with Iran.
