Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Motaki, in a meeting with the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon reiterated Iran's readiness to enter constructive dialogue with the group of 5+1. However, he re-emphasised Iran's resolve in continuing with its peaceful nuclear program.
Motaki said, 'Iran will continue its cooperation with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and in return expects the UN to take this important point into consideration.'
Iranian Foreign Minister also reminded Ban Ki Moon about some important questions President Ahmadinejad had earlier asked in relation to GAZA war crimes by the Israeli regime thus calling for further clarifications on these important issues.
In other news a member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Mohamad Karamirad, pointed out on Tuesday that if the Group 5+1 fails to correct its approach in relation to Iran's nuclear issue during the upcoming talks in Geneva on October 1, Iran would have the option of reviewing its relationship with the IAEA.
He recommended that it would be best to send Iran's nuclear dossier from UN Security Council back the IAEA in Vienna.
The MP said that the country's young scientists and technologists would once again raise the flag of honour for the country.
