Nov. 22, 09 (Hamsayeh.Net) - Saudi Arabia’s army have been pounding Houthi villages and town for the past two weeks. The Shite Houthi militants have until now put up a stiff resistance against the well-armed invading armies.

 

Yesterday, the Yemenite resistance fighters released footages of Saudi aircrafts dropping their bombs on northern villages near the border. Saudi Arabia alleges that the Houthi fighters attacked one of its border checkpoints but the latter denies the charge saying that they have no interest in opening another front.

 

According to some reports some the weaponry used by the Saudi air force involved banned phosphorous type bombs similar to what the Israeli army used on Gaza civilians in the course of the 33 days war.

 

The spokesperson for the Al Houthies in Germany yesterday called the Saudi invasion of their country as genocide. He called for an independent international investigation on the use of banned phosphorous weapons against the people of Yemen.
