Tehran, May 09, 2010 (Hamsayeh.Net) - Venezuelan progressive President Hugo Chavez has set up a twitter account that is now one of the most popular accounts with over quarter of a million followers across the world.

The President’s account address is @chavezcandanga, with candanga being a local word meaning relentless. The Venezuelan President enjoys grassroots support from people around the world dwarfing the well-funded opposition that aims to create rift between various factions in the oil rich Latin American nation.

With the opposition receiving assistance from the US and other Zionist related lobbies, it hopes to bring a halt Venezuela’s new path towards independence.

Chavez has been implementing sweeping social-economic reforms, thereby immunizing the region to withstand impacts of US-led casino capitalism that is now wrecking financial havocs in Europe, North America and Asia.

But because of Venezuela’s massive oil reserves, the United States continues its pressures on Chavez’s popular government. Washington is supporting wealthy groups including bankers, industrialists and gangsters that aim to weaken the government.

This is the same scenario US hawks planned in various regions around the world. US-Zionist concocted color revolutions in central Asia, Ukraine, Georgia, Mongolia have failed to bring the desired outcomes for Western corporate establishment.

One of the methods often used by the US-Zionist establishment is propagation of the so-called democratic values that would ultimately translate into freedom in trade and monetary policies. The US desperately needs to advertise this broad philosophical concept i.e. freedom, in order to pave the ground for own version of casino capitalism to function.
