Two more humanitarian ships on their way to Gaza: Gaza Aid Movement Activists.

June 02, 2010 (Hamsayeh.Net) - The aid group that had arranged freedom flotilla to Gaza promised to send two more ships by next week. Greta Berlin of the Free Gaza Movement told reporters this initiative will not stop.

She said ‘the Rachel Corrie (cargo ship) is currently located off the coast of Italy and the other boat is still being repaired.’ Berlin said the only way to keep pressuring Israel was to continue sending humanitarian ships to Gaza until Israelis come to their senses.

Tel-Aviv warned Tuesday it would again stop any ships entering Gaza and promised to keep a blockade on the besieged area. Zionist regime's deputy defense minister Matan Vilnai said on radio, ‘Israel will not let any ships reach Gaza and supply what has become a terrorist base threatening the heart of Israel.’

After Monday’s attack Israeli officials tried to defend this heinous action as a form of self-defense. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed commandos were defending themselves from lynching.

It should be noted that Israeli commandos attacked ships in international waters, which constitutes an act similar to piracy, an illegal move to begin with. The ships weren’t planning to enter Israeli waters illegally that could lead to an intervention on the part of its so-called defense forces. 

Israel’s Prime Minister claim is similar to saying that if thieves or bandits try to break in someone’s home using assault rifles, people in the house shouldn’t use lets say a chair or another object to defend themselves because then it would automatically allow bandits to shoot them as self-defense.

Perhaps thinking the world is a fool Israeli argument defies normal logic.  It should be noted the flotilla was only carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza when Israeli trained commandos attacked them using war type machine guns.
