Felony Charges, Big Fines Reporting Incidents Involving Big Corporations

$40,000 and Class D felony charges for anyone going to close to the scene of incident involving major corporations like the BP in the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

July 04, 2010 (Hamsayeh.Net) - A New by-law to be enacted from now on would prevent US-based reporters and journalists to get too close to response vessels or booms operating on the water or on beaches.

This is a direct reference to make it illegal for reporters to report from the scene of Deep Water Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico which has up to now released millions of barrels of toxic crude into the Gulf causing major economic disaster in the area. The new by-law designed to protect large corporations and their representative in US government against further lawsuits by the victims of such incidents. It is also designed to provide ample time to hide evidence of any wrongdoings by large corporations like the notorious BP from public scrutiny.

US reporter Anderson Cooper in a report aired on July 1, said the government is enforcing a new rule today backed by the force of law and threat of fine and felony charges. He said. ‘US coast Guard announced it would stop reporters and photographers and anyone else coming within 65 feet (20 meters) of any response vessel or boom out on the water or on beaches … violators could face a fine of $40,000 and class D felony charges.’

The US government ruled by a large network of Zionist-led global corporations is effectively monitoring actions of its citizens both publicly and privately on round the clock basis under the pretext of combating terrorism.

The new rule make it illegal to report from the scene of incidents involving large corporation like the the recent oil spill         in the Gulf of Mexico.
