Russia has been a pioneering nation in science and technology particularly in the field of nuclear energy. The world owes many of today’s modern scientific achievements to hay days of Russia’s academic standards.

August 19, 2010 (Hamsayeh.net) - Russia dismissed recent doomsday remarks by former US official and a staunch supporter of Israel’s belligerence, John Bolton, who blamed Moscow for allowing the Bushehr nuclear reactor to come online soon.  

This morning during a press briefing in Moscow, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia believed Bushehr NPP would contribute greatly to Tehran’s cooperation with the NPT. 

Considered a right-wing neocon advocate, Mr. Bolton said Russia has on many occasions poked its finger into Washington’s eye, an ironic reference to Moscow’s peaceful cooperation with its southern neighbor Iran in the field of nuclear technology. Bolton who is also known for his hawkish attitudes, had warned Israel and the US that time was running out to attack Iran’s nuclear installation, more precisely he said only eight days left to launch an aerial strike against Bushehr.  

According to Bolton once the core of this reactor is charged with nuclear fuel rods, it would then be impossible to destroy it because of radioactive fallouts covering a vast area around the Persian Gulf -- a closed waterway better known as the global economic artery.  

The 1000 megawatts reactor is due for an official opening on August 21^st in  an Iranian southern port-city of Bushehr. All technical aspects of this project have undergone strict inspection and testing by Russian and Iranian technicians. Russia has been a pioneering nation in science and technology particularly in the field of nuclear energy. The world owes many of today’s modern scientific achievements to hay days of Russia’s academic standards from Dmitri Mendeleev's discovery of periodic table to Yuri Gagarin as the first human in space.    

Already the United States and its smaller ally Israel together show symptoms of undergoing a rather severe form of psychological set back due to their joint failure to prevent the start of Bushehr reactor, at this time. Such a symptom normally occurs when lets say a person fails to confront the reality and instead resorts to its own egocentric visions.
