Sanctions' Era is Over: Ahmdainejad

Iran is opposed to inhumane behaviors of Western powers and believes that if the whole world gets united along with Iran and Russia, the enemies of both countries and the region will not succeed in carrying out their plots: Ahmadinejad.

November 19, 2010 (Hamsayeh.Net) - Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the era of bullying is over and that countries trying to impose futile sanctions on others are wasting their time, notably continuation of sanctions on Iran will fail.

The Iranian President said at this time the country is capable of meeting all its own domestic requirements without outside help. Ahamdinejad made the comments during a meeting of Caspian littoral states in Baku, Azerbaijan.  The Five states bordering the Caspian Sea, which is the world largest lake, had agreed over security of the region through preventing any outside powers from meddling in their affairs.

'Iran is opposed to inhumane behaviors of Western powers and believes that if the whole world gets united along with Iran and Russia, the enemies of both countries and the region will not succeed in carrying out their plots,' said Ahmadinejad.

Despite itself being on the verge of an economic meltdown, the United States presses on with an outdated sanction maneuver against independent countries like Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan and others as a way of gaining token advantages on the international scene. In fact, a vast majority of countries around the world nowadays simply ignore US' irrelevant point of views on important global issues.

With over one sixth of the US population now on food stamps, a huge 22.7 percent unemployment rate and an injection of $600 billion of unsupported money into its economy as way of paying for its ever growing oil requirements, the US is now an officially bankrupt state and indeed the largest one in history. Last week China warned the increasingly unpopular Obama administration officials to rein in their unsupported money printings practices lest it would damage the already fragile state of the world economy.
